14-day right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Hygiene policy

For hygiene reasons, only items that are unopened and in their original sealed packaging can be returned. Once the seal is broken, the product can no longer be accepted for return.

Refunds
