These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Veloura website and the purchase of products through our online store. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

1. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Pricing

All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

3. Payment

Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. We accept major credit and debit cards as well as alternative payment methods displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery

We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom and across the European Union. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination, selected service (Standard or Express) and package weight.

Indicative standard delivery times: United States 2–5 working days, United Kingdom 4–7 working days, Western & Central EU 4–6 working days, Baltics 2–4 working days, Poland & Finland around 5 working days, Southern & South‑East EU 6–11 working days. Express service is available for most EU destinations and the UK with 1 working day delivery (Cyprus & Malta 1–3 working days).

5. Liability

Veloura shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products beyond what is required by EU consumer law.
